UI/UX Designer

Full-timeHybrid
Design2–4 yearsHybrid (Indore)

Design products that feel intuitive and look great. You'll work on everything from discovery research to high-fidelity prototypes to design system components.

Responsibilities

  • Lead UX research user interviews, journey maps, competitive analysis
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity Figma prototypes
  • Maintain and extend our design system across projects
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation
  • Present design decisions to clients and incorporate feedback

Requirements

  • 2+ years of product design experience (portfolio required)
  • Expert-level Figma components, variants, auto layout, prototyping
  • Strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA)
  • Experience designing for both web and mobile
  • Good written and verbal communication in English

Nice to Have

Ability to write basic HTML/CSS to communicate with developersExperience with motion design (Framer or Principle)Background in UX research methodologies
